We hope that all SSISD stakeholders will participate in the new PTO. You can join a committee, volunteer in a classroom, read with students, help with a fundraiser or choose from many other activities. When parents and teachers work together, students benefit greatly.

PTO Volunteer Criminal Background Ck Release Form

• For the safety of all students, please take this completed (BGCK) form to SSISD Central office along with a copy of your driver's licence (or they will make a copy); all volunteers working on campus or with students must have a confidential criminal background check processed. Once approval is complete, the campus office will be notified and the volunteer will be included on the approved volunteer list.
