Site Based Decision Making
| Site-based decision making is a process for decentralizing decisions to improve the educational outcomes for all students at each individual campus. These decisions will be made through a collaborative effort of principals, teachers, campus and district staff, parents and community representatives. This "team" will set goals, determine strategies and assess outcomes, and modify efforts to achieve the desired academic results. |
