Course Description: The purpose of this course is to give the student information through textbooks, reports, films, etc. so they might make accurate decisions about their own health. The course covers areas of consumer health and health careers. The course includes units about care of the human body, nutrition, mental health, drug abuse, alcohol abuse and smoking, disease prevention and the last area is dating, engagement and marriage.

Course Description: This class provides students with a variety of team participation and others with a mixture of individual activity. Team sports include soccer, floor hockey, volleyball, basketball, softball, flag football, speed ball, etc. Individual sports include ping pong, weight lifting, tennis and more. Rules and disciplines are taught by the instructor.

Course Description: Athletics involves freshman, junior varsity, and varsity teams. Girls' athletics offers cross country, basketball, track, weight lifting golf and tennis. Boys' athletics offers the same as girls and also involves football. This class is counted as P.E. credit.
